Most claims are honest. When a claim does not add up, insurers, self-insured employers and their counsel need facts gathered fairly and documented to a standard that holds up. Jim's experience includes fraud inquiries and advanced surveillance, which are central to this work.
Typical assignments

- Accident scene mapping and aerial drone footage
Fair and documented
Good claims investigation is objective. If a claimant's activity is consistent with their injury, that finding matters as much as one that is not. We observe only from lawful vantage points and report what we see, dated and timed, with supporting media.

Questions
Do you only work for insurance companies?
We work with insurers, employers and attorneys on both sides of a dispute, as long as the work is lawful and objective.
What does a claimant activity check involve?
Usually a records review and a visit to confirm residence and observe activity, which may lead to scheduled surveillance.
